The steps for accepting and publishing an article are as follows:

1- Formal review of the article (if the article does not comply with the above-mentioned requirements, it will be returned to the author for necessary corrections).

2- If the article does not have structural problems, it will be sent to expert reviewers to evaluate its scientific value and eligibility for publication in the journal.

3- The results of the reviews are presented at regular sessions of the editorial board and a final decision is made regarding the articles in each issue of the journal.

4- The final opinion of the editorial board is communicated to the author/authors of the article via the journal's email.

5- Payment of the reviewing and editing fees by the author.
